The space between two plates of a condenser is filled with two dielectric media of thickness t1 and t2 and dielectric constant k1 and k2 respectively. The capacity of the condenser is given by :


- \(\mathrm{C}=\varepsilon_{0} \mathrm{~A}\left(\frac{\mathrm{t}_{1}+\mathrm{t}_{2}}{\mathrm{~K}_{1}+\mathrm{k}_{2}}\right)\)
- \(C=\frac{\left(K_{1}+K_{2}\right) \mathrm{a}_{0} \mathrm{~A}}{\left(t_{1} k_{1}+t_{2} k_{3}\right)}\)
- \[C=\frac{\mathrm{a}_{0} \mathrm{~A}}{\left[\left(\frac{t_{1}}{k_{1}}\right)+\left(\frac{t_{2}}{k_{3}}\right)\right]}\]
