A shell is fired from cannon with a velocity v at an angle θ with the horizontal direction. At the highest point in its path it explodes into two pieces of equal mass. One of the pieces retrace its path then find the velocity of other piece immediately after the explosion is :
- \(3 v \cos \theta\)
- \(2 \mathrm{v} \cos \theta\)
- \(\frac{3}{2} \mathrm{v} \cos \theta\)
- \(\sqrt{\frac{3}{2}} \mathrm{v} \cos \theta\)
Answer
