The magnetic force on a moving point charge is
\(\overrightarrow{\mathrm{F}}=\mathrm{q}(\overrightarrow{\mathrm{v}} \times \overrightarrow{\mathrm{B}}) .\)
Here, q = electric charge
\(\overrightarrow{\mathrm{v}}\)= velocity of the point charge
\(\overrightarrow{\mathrm{B}}\) = magnetic field
Dimension of B is
\(\overrightarrow{\mathrm{F}}=\mathrm{q}(\overrightarrow{\mathrm{v}} \times \overrightarrow{\mathrm{B}}) .\)
Here, q = electric charge
\(\overrightarrow{\mathrm{v}}\)= velocity of the point charge
\(\overrightarrow{\mathrm{B}}\) = magnetic field
Dimension of B is
- [MLT–1A]
- [MLT–2A–1]
- [MT–2A–1]
- None of these
Answer
