Consider the following reaction which proceeds predominantly from
\(\mathrm{HSO}_{4}^{-}+\mathrm{NH}_{3} \rightleftharpoons \mathrm{NH}_{4}^{+}+\mathrm{SO}_{4}^{2-}\)
From the information given it is clear that
  1. \(\mathrm{HSO}_{4}^{-}\) is a stronger acid than \(\mathrm{NH}_{4}^{+}\).
  2. NH3 is a weaker base than \(\mathrm{SO}_{4}^{2-}\)
  3. \(\mathrm{HSO}_{4}^{-}\) is a stronger base than \(\mathrm{NH}_{4}^{+}\)
  4. NH3 is a weaker base than \(\mathrm{NH}_{4}^{+}\)

Answer
