Given below are two statements.

STATEMENT - 1: \(f(x)=\frac{x^{3}}{3}+\frac{a x^{2}}{2}+x+5\) has positive point of maxima for  \(a<-2\).

STATEMENT - 2: \(x^{2}+a x+1=0\) has both roots positive for \(a<-2\).

In the light of the above statements, choose the correct answer from the options given below:

  1. Both the statements are true and Statement - 2 is a correct explanation for Statement - 1
  2. Both the statements are true but Statement - 2 is not a correct explanation for Statement - 1
  3. Statement - 1 is true and Statement - 2 is false
  4. Statement - 1 is false and Statement - 2 is true
