Creates the visual effects behind films and games.

What they do

VFX (visual effects) artists create the digitally generated or enhanced imagery that appears in films, web series, broadcast, commercials, and games — from invisible 'clean-up' work and sky replacements to spectacular creature simulations and full CG environments. They work across a pipeline of specialisations: modelling, rigging, animation, lighting, FX simulation, compositing, and colour grading.
