What they do

Product Managers define what to build and why, working at the intersection of business, technology and user experience. They translate customer insights and business goals into a product roadmap, prioritise features with engineering and design teams, and own the product's success metrics. They hold accountability without direct authority over developers.

Education path

Any stream → graduation (often engineering) + MBA/experience.
