Instructional Designer — Education & Training
Designs effective courses and learning experiences.
What they do
Instructional designers architect learning experiences so that content is not just delivered but actually retained and applied. They work with subject-matter experts to analyse learning objectives, then create courses, simulations, assessments and blended curricula for corporate, government and higher-education audiences. As e-learning has exploded, the role has shifted from print workbook design to multimedia and adaptive digital learning.
