What they do

Illustrators create visual narratives and images that complement or replace written text — in books, magazines, advertising, packaging, games, editorial media, digital platforms, and medical or scientific publications. They develop a distinctive visual style, work from briefs or their own concepts, and produce work in traditional media, digital tools, or a combination of both.
