What they do

Airport ground staff manage everything that happens on the ground to get passengers and cargo safely onto the right aircraft on time. They cover check-in and boarding, baggage handling, ramp operations, cargo documentation, passenger assistance (including special needs), lounge management and airport security compliance. It is an operations-critical, customer-facing role at the heart of every flight departure.

Education path
