What they do

Fashion designers conceptualise, develop and produce clothing, accessories, and textiles that blend aesthetics with wearability. They research trends, sketch silhouettes, select fabrics and trims, and oversee sample production from pattern-making through final garment. The work spans luxury couture, ready-to-wear, sportswear, and fast fashion, with growing emphasis on sustainable materials and ethical production.
