What they do

Cost and Management Accountants (CMAs) specialise in costing, budgeting, financial analysis and strategic management accounting. They compute the true cost of products and services, design cost control systems, prepare internal management reports and advise leadership on pricing, profitability and resource allocation. The CMA credential (ICMAI) is the Indian equivalent of the global CIMA (UK) or CMA (USA) qualification.
