What they do

Business Intelligence (BI) analysts transform raw organisational data into dashboards, reports and data models that help decision-makers understand performance and spot opportunities. They work with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau or Looker, write SQL, and design data marts and dimensional models (star schemas). Their output directly drives business strategy, marketing, operations and finance decisions.
