Discover your stream and career direction.

Overview

Four assessments, four points of the compass

Stream discovery is built on four instruments rather than one questionnaire. Your Drive maps how a student likes to work — Connector, Creator, Analyst or Organizer. Your Interests measures affinity across twenty-five real Class 11 and 12 subject areas over seventy-five items, each mapped to streams and exam routes. Your Personality profiles fifteen research-grounded traits including resilience, perseverance and decision-making. Aptitude is a scored seven-part ability test, from abstract reasoning to numerical and mechanical — actual right-and-wrong questions, not self-report. Scoring is deterministic and transparent throughout: no black box, and certainly no astrology. Together they answer the question every Class 10 family faces — which stream, and why.

A report that shows its working

When the battery is complete, the report ranks the four post-Class-10 streams — Science with Maths, Science with Biology, Commerce, and Humanities and Arts — with a fit score built from all four assessments, and shows exactly how much each dimension contributed through per-dimension bars. Interests weigh highest, then aptitude, personality and drive, and that weighting is stated rather than hidden. Every trait gets a nine-segment score strip, a plain-language meaning and concrete ways to grow it. It closes with a ninety-day action plan naming real next steps, and prints cleanly to PDF — because the conversation that decides this happens at a kitchen table, not on a dashboard.

A guide that has actually read the results

The AI career guide is grounded in the student’s own scores — every piece of advice has to cite the dimension and the percentage it came from, which rules out the confident generic encouragement these tools usually produce. It talks streams and Indian pathways first — JEE, NEET, CA Foundation, CLAT, CUET, NID, UPSC — with international options offered as alternatives rather than the default, in language written for a sixteen-year-old: short, warm and non-judgemental, with suggested follow-up questions after every reply. It also knows what it is not. No diagnosis, no homework help, and a careful protocol that points a distressed student to real helplines.

185 careers, researched like a counsellor would

From ethical hacking to museology, 185 profiles across more than forty fields answer the questions students actually ask, rather than the ones a brochure wants to answer: what the work looks like day to day, how to get there from Class 12, which entrance exams matter and when they fall, which colleges rank in India and abroad, what it typically pays, and the honest trade-offs nobody mentions at a career fair. Pathway ladders lay the route out step by step — stream, graduation, post-graduation and beyond — with entrance-exam tables covering JEE, NEET, CLAT, CUET, NID, NDA and CA, each linked through.

Choose a stream with evidence, not pressure

Four assessments and one report replace the dinner-table argument: ranked streams with visible reasoning, every trait explained in plain language, and a 90-day plan for whichever direction the family picks. Print the PDF and talk it through together.

Start the conversation before the deadline

The Stream Selector, interest explorers and study-habit checks are written for younger classes, so students arrive at Class 10 already knowing what pulls them — and the career library gives their curiosity 185 real destinations to browse.

Structured guidance for every student, not just the few

One counsellor cannot sit with 300 students; a self-serve battery, an evidence-grounded report and an AI guide with firm boundaries can carry the first mile — leaving counsellors the conversations that need a human.
