A full LMS every Edukali product plugs into.

Overview

Run every class as a real course — structured content, 34 activity types, a weighted gradebook, attendance and enrolment — scoped by school and academic year, with year-end rollover built in.

Add an online exam, live quiz, question paper, OMR exam, answer sheet or AI tutor to a course the same way you add a page or a video — 33 activity and resource types, completion tracked automatically.

Exam scores, assignment grades, H5P attempts and SCORM results roll into weighted categories with 8 aggregation methods, letter grades and CBSE grade points — override any cell, export the lot.

Restrict access by date, completion, grade, group or cohort with AND/OR rule trees; track completion per activity; duplicate a course for the next batch or reset it in place.

No — the LMS is the base of the platform and comes with Edukali One. Every plan includes courses, the gradebook and enrolment; the products you license plug into it as activities.

You can upload SCORM packages, H5P content and Moodle-style CSV user lists, and connect external tools over LTI 1.3. Question banks also export to Moodle XML, Canvas and Blackboard, and you can push questions to a live Moodle site.

Automatically. Exams, assignments, SCORM and H5P attempts write their scores into the weighted gradebook the moment they’re graded — and any cell is click-to-override, with manual grade items for everything else.

A rollover engine promotes students, graduates leavers and clones or resets each course into the new year — with a revert button, since every action records its before-state.

Add any Edukali product — an Online Exam, Live Quiz or Question Paper — or a resource (page, file, video, SCORM) as a course activity in two clicks.

Build a structured course by dragging things into place.

Organise every class as a real course — topics, activities and resources in a drag-and-drop builder, with a three-step wizard that gets a new course, or a duplicate of last year’s, live in minutes. Choose the shape that fits the subject: topics, weekly, or a single-activity format. Then release content on your terms with Moodle-style restriction rules, gating by date, completion, grade, group, grouping or cohort, combined into AND/OR rule trees when one condition is not enough. Due dates, open and close windows and completion tracking sit on each activity, so a course built once in July still paces itself in November.

Every Edukali product drops into a course as a tracked activity.

Add an online exam, live quiz, question paper, OMR exam, answer sheet, AI tutor or adaptive practice set the same way you add a page or a video — students open it inside the course, and completion flows back automatically. That is the difference between a platform and a folder of links: no separate logins, no marks copied by hand. Native modules cover everything around them — assignments with rubrics and a marking workflow, forums, wikis with revision history, peer-review workshops, polls, anonymous surveys and glossaries — alongside SCORM, H5P, LTI 1.3 tools and live classes over BigBlueButton, Zoom or Google Meet.

A weighted gradebook every activity reports into.

Exam scores, assignment grades, H5P attempts and SCORM results land in one grader report rather than four spreadsheets. Organise them into nested categories and pick how each rolls up — eight aggregation methods, from a natural sum to a weighted mean — so a term where the project counts for thirty per cent behaves the way the scheme of work says it should. Letter grades come with editable boundaries and CBSE A1–E2 grade points out of the box. Any auto-filled cell can be overridden in a click, manual grade items can be added freely, students see their own grades view, and the full matrix exports to CSV or Excel.

Runs the whole school, not just one classroom.

Courses are scoped by school and academic year, which is the shape an Indian school group actually has. Enrol students eight different ways — search, cohorts, self-enrol keys, invite links, CSV upload, catalog self-join — mark attendance with one tap and get a calendar heatmap, summaries and absentee push notifications out of it. A multi-school hierarchy adds a group-head portal, cross-school course sharing and a school switcher. When the year ends, roll everything over: promote students, clone or reset courses, graduate leavers. All of it is revertible, so June does not have to be a held breath.

One course per class, one system for the year

Map every class-section to a course scoped by school and academic year, so September’s structure still holds in February. Teachers mark attendance, post announcements and drop exams straight into the course; results, completion and grades converge in one gradebook rather than three spreadsheets — and parents follow along from their own portal instead of asking at the gate.

Batches that run themselves

Enrol a batch by cohort or CSV upload in minutes, publish a structured course of notes, videos, practice sets and weekly tests, and let restriction rules release each part on schedule rather than by reminder. When the batch finishes, duplicate the whole course for the next intake in one click — or reset progress and keep the content exactly as it was.

Build once, teach everywhere

Author a course centrally, then share it across sibling schools or license it through the catalogue with seat caps, so a good syllabus is written once rather than fourteen times. The group-head portal shows every school’s numbers side by side, and year-end rollover runs school by school at each one’s own pace — and every step of it is revertible.
