Schools report (Site Admin)
Per-school completion and licence-usage report — students, classes, licensed vs imported courses, completion %, with CSV export.
What this page does
The Schools report is a platform-wide analytics table covering every school: completion %, student count, class count, the number of licensed courses (from the catalogue) and imported courses. A KPI strip totals schools, students and licensed/imported courses. You can also assign a parent school to build a hierarchy for roll-up reporting, and export everything to CSV.
Common tasks
Use the search box to find a school by name.
Read the completion % bar and the licensed vs imported course counts per school.
Click Export CSV to download the current list (School, Students, Classes, Licensed, Imported, Completion %).
Pick its parent in the Parent school dropdown column.
The relationship saves immediately and is reversible via the same dropdown.
