Registration / Resellers (Site Admin)
Create and manage channel partners (resellers): set commission, approve applications, suspend, impersonate and delete.
What this page does
The Registration page is the master list of resellers (channel partners). Each reseller re-sells Edukali under their own brand and earns commission on the organizations they bring in. From here you create new resellers, review pending applications, adjust commission rates and org limits, suspend or resume accounts, log in as a reseller to help them, and delete accounts.
The list shows one row per reseller with status, commission rate, the number of organizations they own and their revenue. Status filter buttons (all / active / pending / suspended / inactive) and a search box (company, contact name, email) narrow the list.
Common tasks
Click New reseller in the toolbar.
Fill in the company name, contact name and email, and the commission rate.
Optionally set a custom domain/subdomain and white-label branding, plus a maximum number of organizations they may create.
Save. The reseller can then sign in and start onboarding schools.
Set the status filter to Pending (or use the Approvals leaf).
Click a row to open the detail drawer and review the application.
Click Approve to activate the reseller, or Reject to decline. Rejection is final.
Click the reseller row to open the detail drawer.
Use Edit to change commission rate, org limit and branding; the drawer also surfaces the reseller’s organizations, revenue and catalogue/credit settings.
Use Pause to suspend a misbehaving reseller (their portal is blocked) or Play to resume a suspended one.
Row actions & filters
Opens the create-reseller form (company, contact, commission, optional domain & white-label).
Shown on pending rows only. Approve activates the reseller; Reject declines the application permanently.
Impersonate the reseller to see their portal and help them. Your Super Admin session is paused, not lost.
Suspend an active reseller (blocks their portal) or resume a suspended one.
Shown on every row. Opens the reseller form to change commission rate, org limit, contact details, domain and white-label branding.
Permanently removes the reseller. Asks for confirmation — use with care.
Delete and Reject are destructive and cannot be undone. Prefer Pause when you only need to temporarily block a reseller.
