Product Unlock (Site Admin)
Fully unlock or lock every product for an organization, or for a reseller’s whole catalogue — no checkout required.
What this page does
The Product Unlock page grants a target full access to Edukali products without going through the cart and checkout. You pick a target — a single organization or an entire reseller — and unlock (or lock) products for it in one place.
A Full Unlock does everything a purchase would: it turns on the product’s feature flag, opens the PRODUCTENTITLEMENTGATES license/seat gate, grants all-subjects access, and (for student products like Rank Booster and Pathfinder) gives every org member the entitlement — with no per-seat purchase. Changes write live entitlement data and take effect immediately for the target.
This edits real entitlement data — an unlock (or lock) applies straight away to the selected organization or reseller. Double-check the target before you act.
Common tasks
Set the scope toggle to Organization.
Optionally choose a reseller to narrow the org list, then pick the organization (a search box appears when there are many).
Tick Grant the entitlement to existing org members if current teachers/students should get access too, not just the org.
Flip a product’s toggle to Unlock it (or Lock it), or use Unlock all / Lock all for the whole set.
Set the scope toggle to Reseller and select the reseller as the target.
Tick Also apply to all orgs under this reseller to cascade the change to every org they own.
Use the per-product Unlock / Lock buttons, or Unlock all / Lock all.
Controls
Choose whether you are targeting a single organization or a whole reseller catalogue.
Grant the entitlement to existing org members, not just the org record itself.
In Reseller scope, also apply the change to every organization under that reseller.
Unlock or lock every product for the selected target in one action.
In Organization scope, each product shows an Unlocked / Locked pill; Refresh status re-reads the current state.
