Management Team (Site Admin)
Add cross-school managers and grant them admin powers over a chosen set of schools.
What this page does
The Management Team page lets you create managers who administer several schools at once. Unlike a single org admin, a management-team member is granted admin powers across a chosen set of schools; they then switch between those schools from the Org Admin portal using the school switcher. The table lists each member with their email and the number of schools they cover. The Edit schools button reveals a searchable school picker to add or remove schools from a member.
- Members added here use the Manager role. They see only the schools you assign — not the whole platform.
Common tasks
- Click Add member.
- Enter their email and name. Optionally set a password, or leave it blank to send an invite link.
- Search and tick the schools this manager should administer.
- Save. The member can now sign in and switch between those schools.
- Click Edit schools on the member’s row.
- Tick or untick schools in the picker.
- Save. Removing all schools effectively deactivates the manager’s access.
Controls
- Create a manager: email, name, optional password (blank = invite link) and the schools to assign.
- Edit schools
- Open the per-member school picker to grow or shrink the set of schools they manage.
