Organizations (Site Admin)

The platform-wide directory of every tenant organization — filter, group by reseller, impersonate, suspend or reactivate.

What this page does

The Organizations page lists every tenant organization on the platform, regardless of which reseller owns it (or whether it signed up directly). A KPI strip summarises the estate, and the table supports sorting, status/plan/reseller filters, optional grouping by reseller, and bulk suspend/reactivate. The toolbar also lets you Add organization, Export CSV and refresh the list.

Columns include the org name (with a status dot), the owning reseller, status, plan, user count and monthly revenue (MRR). Click an org name to open its detail page, or use the row’s ⋯ actions menu to View details, Login as admin, or change its status. (The CSV export also carries subdomain, custom domain and created date.)

Common tasks

Use the search box (org name, plan, reseller, subdomain or custom domain) or the status / plan / reseller filters.

Toggle Group by reseller to see orgs nested under each partner.

Click an org name to open its detail page, or use the row’s ⋯ menu → Login as admin to enter the org.

Select one or more org rows with the checkboxes (or use a single row’s action).

Click Suspend to block access, or Reactivate to restore it.

Confirm the action when prompted.

Toolbar & filters

Limit the list to one reseller, or to Platform direct (orgs with no reseller).

all / active / trial / suspended / cancelled.

Collapse organizations under their owning reseller for a partner-by-partner view.

In the row’s ⋯ actions menu — impersonate the organization to view or fix things inside its Org Admin portal.

Bulk suspend / reactivate

Tick multiple org rows, then use the bulk bar to Suspend or Reactivate them in one action.

Create a new tenant org directly from the toolbar (assign it to a reseller or leave it Platform direct).

Download the current list — name, reseller, status, plan, users, MRR, subdomain, custom domain and created date.

Suspending an organization immediately blocks every user in it. Confirm you have the right org before bulk-suspending.
