School settings (School Admin)
Your organization profile, branding (logo & colours), the app-wide brand theme, video-conferencing integrations, AI provider keys and read-only plan / account details.
What this page does
The School settings page holds everything about your organization itself — its name and contact details, the logo and colours used in printed papers, certificates and emails, your video-conferencing keys, your AI provider keys, and a read-only view of your plan and limits. The page is organised into five tabs: Profile, Branding, Integrations, AI Providers and Account.
Common tasks
Open the Profile tab to edit your organization name, primary email, phone and address, then click Save changes.
Switch to Branding to upload a logo (PNG/JPG/SVG/WebP, max 2 MB) and set the primary and secondary brand colours, then Save colours.
Open Integrations to configure BigBlueButton / Google Meet / Zoom keys for video-conferencing activities.
Open AI Providers to set your organization’s AI provider keys and default models (LLM, image, text-to-speech, speech recognition, PDF parsing and web search).
Use the read-only Account tab to check your plan type, status, seat / question limits, tenant code and org ID.
Branding changes (logo and colours) apply after the next page reload — refresh to see them take effect across the app, papers and certificates.
Brand theme — recolouring the app for your school
The Branding tab above sets your logo and the colours used on printed papers, certificates and emails. Recolouring the app itself is a separate panel: Brand theme, on the main Settings page (/app/settings). Pick one brand colour there and Edukali derives a full range of shades from it and applies them across the interface for everyone in your organisation — buttons, links and focus rings, in both light and dark appearance.
Open Settings from your profile menu (/app/settings) and scroll to the Brand theme panel. It appears only for Org Admins and Org Owners.
Set Brand colour — use the colour swatch to pick one, or type a hex value such as 4F46E5. The strip of shades underneath previews the range Edukali derives from your choice.

Optionally set Accent (optional) for highlight surfaces, and choose a Display font and Body font. Leave a font on Theme default to keep the standard one.
Leave Live preview ticked to see the app restyle around you as you experiment — nothing is saved yet, so you can try freely.

Live preview shows the result before you commit; Save theme applies it for everyone.
Click Save theme to apply it for your whole organisation. Reset to default clears your colours and fonts and returns to the standard Edukali look.
Turning Live preview off, or leaving the page without saving, restores the theme that is currently saved — you never get stuck looking at an experiment.
Products that carry their own colour (set in the Product colours panel just below) keep it inside that product. Your brand theme covers the rest of the app.
Tabs & controls
Identity (name, primary email, phone) and address. Save changes persists edits.
Upload / replace logo and pick primary & secondary colours (with hex fields and a per-colour reset). Save colours persists.
Video-conferencing provider keys (BigBlueButton / Google Meet / Zoom) used by meeting activities.
AI provider keys and default models for your organization, per category (LLM, Image Generation, Video, Text-to-Speech, Speech Recognition, PDF Parsing, Web Search) plus System settings. Refresh Models pulls the latest model list.
Read-only plan, status, max users / questions, created date, slug and org ID. Contact your reseller or Super Admin to change limits.
