Group Overview (School Admin)

Consolidated cross-school reporting for a School Group head office — per-school students, teachers, classes, exams and course completion, plus a tool to share one class to many schools.

What this page does

The Group Overview is the head-office dashboard for a School Group — a set of schools run under one umbrella (a trust, chain or society). It rolls every school in the group into one report: total Schools, Students, Teachers, Classes, Exams and overall course completion, followed by a per-school table so you can compare branches at a glance.

This page is for School Group head offices. If your account is not attached to a group, or the group has no schools yet, you will see a "No school group" message. To manage an individual branch, switch into it with the school selector in the top bar.

Common tasks

Read the six group-total cards (Schools, Students, Teachers, Classes, Exams, Completion) for the whole group.

Scan the per-school table and its completion bars to spot branches that are behind.

Click Share a class to schools, pick a source class from any school in the group, tick the target schools, then Share to replicate it.

Use the school selector in the top bar to switch into a branch and manage its classes, students or reports directly.

Sharing a class creates a copy of it (grade and subjects) in each selected school. Schools that already have a class with the same name are skipped, so it is safe to re-run.

On this page

Six cards summarising the whole group: Schools, Students, Teachers, Classes, Exams and Completion (percent, or "—" when nothing is trackable yet).

One row per branch with Students, Teachers, Classes, Exams and a completion bar. Compare branches side by side.

Header button (shown once the group has schools). Pick a source class from any branch and the target schools; a copy is created in each, skipping schools that already have a class of that name.

In the top bar — switch the active school to drill into a branch and manage it directly.
