Dashboard (School Admin)

Your school home page — at-a-glance KPIs, an onboarding checklist and a "needs attention" list that links straight to the fix.

What this page does

The Dashboard is the landing page for your organization in the School Admin portal. It rolls up the headline numbers for your school, tracks how far through setup you are, and flags anything that needs your attention — each flag links straight to the page that fixes it.

Six KPI cards summarise your school: Students, Teachers, Courses, Sections, Active exams and Pending invites. Below them sit a Needs attention list and an onboarding checklist that disappears once your school is fully set up.

Reachable by Org Owners, Org Admins and Managers. Every figure is scoped to your active school — it never spans other organizations.

Common tasks

Skim the six KPI cards to confirm your roster, courses and exams look right.

Read the Needs attention list — e.g. "No courses yet" or "Pending invites" — and click its action button to jump to the fix.

Work down the onboarding checklist (add users, create a course, set branding) until it clears.

Use the Invite users button in the header to send self-serve sign-up links.

Six live counts: Students, Teachers, Courses, Sections, Active exams and Pending invites.

Context alerts (no courses, no teachers, pending invites, never-logged-in users). Each has a one-click CTA to the relevant page.

Tracks first-run setup including branding completion. It hides itself once everything is done.
