For Super Admins
Platform-wide control: every organization, reseller, plan, feature flag and global setting across the whole tenant fleet.
What you can do
As a Super Admin you sit above tenant isolation — you can see and manage every organization, reseller and user on the platform. The Super Admin portal is organised as a hierarchical Site Administration tree.
From here you can: - Create and manage organizations and resellers, and approve sign-ups - Define roles & permissions and assign them platform-wide - Manage the course catalogue, categories, activity modules and grade scales - Configure plans, credits and AI Units and the per-audience product split - Toggle feature flags in real time (SSE) and edit global AI prompts - Read audit logs, config-change history and platform reports - Set server, SMTP, academic-year and platform-wide defaults
You can also use any teacher or student product directly — Super Admins are role-gated into all of them for testing and content work.
Your first 10 minutes
Open the Super Admin portal from the product switcher (or go to /app/admin).
Skim the Analytics dashboard for fleet-wide health, then expand the Site Administration tree on the left.
Visit Users → Organizations to see every tenant; open one to inspect its admins, seats and entitlements.
Open Registration (channel partners / resellers) and Approvals to review pending sign-ups and credit allocations.
Check Plans and the product split to confirm what each audience (Reseller/Org, Teacher, Student) can access.
Open Feature flags and confirm the flags you expect are on — changes broadcast live to all tenants.
Where to go next
Dive into the individual Site Administration areas: Resellers, Plans, Feature flags, Roles & permissions and Audit logs. For day-to-day school operations delegated to an organization, see the Org Owner and Org Admin guides. For billing concepts, read Plans, credits & AI Units.
Role note
Super Admin bypasses tenant isolation — every action is global and audited. Prefer delegating school-level work to Org Owners/Admins, and test changes on a non-production tenant first.
