For Org Owners
The top role inside your organization: own billing and the plan, manage admins and schools, and configure how your institution runs.
What you can do
As an Org Owner you have the highest authority inside your organization. You manage the Org Admin portal and everything an Org Admin can, plus ownership-level concerns like billing, the plan and top-level structure.
You can: - Own the plan, credits and billing for your organization - Add and manage Org Admins, teachers, students and parents - Set up departments, courses and cohorts (multi-school is supported) - Configure roles & permissions, subjects, grades and branding - Use any teacher product (Paper Canva, Online Exam, OMR, Answer Sheet, Live Quiz, AI Tutor)
Your first 10 minutes
Open the Org Admin portal (/app/org-admin) — as Owner you see every section.
Open Billing to check your plan and credit balance so you know your paper / AI / online-attempt / OMR / answer-sheet allowance.
Set your organization branding (logo, colors) under Settings → Branding.
Create your departments and at least one course to organise teaching.
Invite or bulk-import your first Org Admins and teachers, then students and parents.
Review Roles & permissions to confirm each role can do what you expect.
Where to go next
Delegate the day-to-day to your admins — see the Org Admin guide for users, cohorts, courses and rollover. For teaching tools, share the Teacher guide. To understand credits and provisioning, read Plans, credits & AI Units and Buying a product & getting access.
Role note
Org Owner and Org Admin share the same portal; the Owner is the billing/plan authority and the one who can manage other admins. Everything you do stays scoped to your organization (tenant isolation).
