For Org Admins
Run your institution day to day: manage users, cohorts, courses, subjects and year-end rollover from the Org Admin portal.
What you can do
- As an Org Admin you keep your organization running. The Org Admin portal gives you a hierarchical School administration tree scoped to your institution.
You can: - Manage users — create, invite, bulk-import (CSV/Excel upload) and assign roles - Organise students into cohorts, courses and departments - Run year-end rollover to advance students to the next academic period - Configure subjects, grades, catalog access and appearance - View organization reports and analytics - Use every teacher product yourself
Your first 10 minutes
- Open the Org Admin portal (/app/org-admin) and expand the School administration tree.
- Go to Users and add a few teachers and students — or use bulk import (the Upload-users wizard) for a class list.
- Create or check your cohorts so students are grouped correctly.
- Open Courses and confirm the courses (and categories) for the current academic year.
- Review Permissions to confirm role defaults match your policy.
- Bookmark Reports to track activity once teaching starts.
Where to go next
For billing/plan changes, escalate to your Org Owner. When the academic year ends, use Rollover to promote students. To onboard staff and learners smoothly, share the Teacher, Student and Parent guides.
Role note
- Org Admins can manage users and structure but not the organization plan/billing (that is the Org Owner). All actions are confined to your organization.
