What you can do
The Manager role covers school leadership positions — Principal, Department Head and Class Teacher — and management-team members who oversee one or more schools. You combine teacher capabilities with broader visibility across your scope.
Depending on your position you can: - Use all teacher products (Paper Canva, Online Exam, OMR, Answer Sheet, Live Quiz, AI Tutor) - See and act across your school, department, course or subject scope (additive: Principal > Dept Head > Class Teacher > Teacher) - View gradebooks, course content and analytics for the classes in your scope - Switch between schools if you hold a multi-school management role
Your first 10 minutes
Log in and open the product switcher — you have the full set of teacher products.
If you manage more than one school, use the active-school switcher to pick your context.
Open Papers or Online Exam to see assessments in your scope.
Review the Results / Analytics tab to gauge performance across your classes.
Check the gradebook for a course you oversee to confirm your access level.

Role note
Management access is additive and scoped: a Principal sees the whole school, a Department Head their department, a Class Teacher their classes. Your active-school context controls which institution you are operating in at any moment.
