What it is
Rank Booster is the student practice product in Edukali. A SmartScore (0–100 mastery per topic) climbs as a student gets questions right; an adaptive engine and a diagnostic surface exactly the topics they are weak on, so no time is wasted on what they already know. Spaced Revision and a Mistakes notebook keep learning from slipping away, while a full Rewards layer — leaderboards, streaks, badges, challenges and a coin shop — turns practice into a daily habit. The interface is organised into four intent-based hubs — Home, Study, Progress, Rewards — each a landing page of cards that link into the underlying tools.
Who it's for
Primarily for students (Rank Booster is their default landing product), with teachers, parents and admins able to view and assign it. A free daily-practice tier lets any student start; unlock unlimited practice, AI grading, hints, SmartScore and the full Revision queue by buying a subject (or the all-subjects bundle). Paid-only tools are marked with a Lock chip and route to the Upgrade screen until unlocked.

- SmartScore — 0–100 mastery per topic that climbs with practice, colour-banded weak / building / mastered. - Diagnostic + adaptive practice tuned to each student’s level, with an optional exam-realistic negative-marking mode. - Learn mode — Seneca-style read-then-recall sessions that interleave a short concept card with a couple of adaptive questions on it (concept cards use Smart Notes; without the unlock it falls back to questions only). - Exam Prep — full-length timed mocks from a minor test up to a 180-question marathon. - Spaced Revision (three-tier 48h / 7d / 30d queue) and a Mistakes notebook whose Wrong Answers drill re-serves only the questions you got wrong. - Skill Atlas — every topic with its mastery, browsable as an interactive tree. - Analytics — accuracy, time, XP and learning-velocity trends over 7 / 30 / 90 days. - Session history & review — every past session on the record, each opening a full result page (Overview / Questions / Analytics) with your answer against the correct one and worked solutions. - AI similar questions — after any answer, generate a fresh board-style question on the same concept, answered and graded in-chat; solution surfaces also offer an interactive simulation of the concept. - Exam readiness — a composite 0–100 score with mastery, overdue-revision and 7-day-volume read-outs. - Rewards — scoped/periodic leaderboard, rarity-tiered badges, daily/peer challenges and a coin shop.
Answering & instant AI feedback
Rank Booster meets students where they work — answer each question in whatever way suits it: - Tap an option for multiple-choice, assertion-reason and true/false questions (number keys 1–4 work too), match Column I to Column II with per-row pickers, or type a numerical answer. - Type your answer, or speak it aloud — speech-to-text turns your voice into text. - Handwrite or sketch on an on-screen write-pad — ideal for maths working and diagrams — and the ink is converted to text/LaTeX for you. - Attach a photo of your working to a written answer for AI marking; on the mobile app you can snap straight from the camera or gallery and crop it in place.
Every subjective or handwritten answer gets instant AI feedback — a marks-based verdict with partial credit, the specific mistakes it found and tips to improve, plus a transcription of what the AI read from your handwriting so you can check it understood you.
Stuck on the wording? Translate any practice question into your preferred language from the in-session language selector — a "Translating…" indicator shows while it works, and you can switch back to the original any time.
