What it is
Pathfinder helps students choose a stream and explore careers in Edukali. Four original, construct-grounded psychometric assessments — Work Drive, Interest Map (RIASEC), a 15-trait Personality Profile and a multi-subtest Aptitude Test — chart four compass dimensions (Drive, Interests, Personality, Aptitude), then map results to post-Class-10 streams and concrete careers. A ranked Stream Discovery Report and an AI Career Guide turn scores into next steps, and a deep, field-organised Career Library gives day-in-the-life detail, pathways, entrance exams and colleges — India-first (JEE/NEET/CA/UPSC/CLAT/NID) plus international routes. Assessments are self-hosted, so student responses stay private to your tenant.
Who it's for
For students choosing streams and exploring careers, plus teachers, parents and admins who guide them. The four core assessments unlock together as one Pathfinder bundle (₹499) that gives a full year of access; some stand-alone instruments and the AI Career Guide may be grade- or premium-gated. Super Admins additionally see authoring controls (Add / Edit) in the Career Library.
