My Maps
Your saved maps: automatic version history with restorable snapshots, private / link / public sharing, exports, and attaching a map to a course as an activity.
What lives here
Every map you have made, with its syllabus tags. Open one to keep working, or manage it from here — history, sharing, export and course use. Maps are scoped to your organisation.
Version history
While you edit, the Studio takes an automatic checkpoint roughly every 20 minutes. You can also take a named snapshot at any moment — “Before restructuring for the test” — and named snapshots are kept forever. The timeline is grouped by day. Click any version to preview it read-only, and restore from inside the preview if it is the one you want.
- A restore is itself undoable — the current state is snapshotted first, so trying an old version never costs you the new one.
Sharing
Three levels: private (only you), link (anyone with the link), and public. Shared maps open on a read-only page with everything intact — typeset maths, branch colours, the colour-rule legend, and the filter, so a student on a share link can still ask the map to show only the “hard” nodes.
- Revoking a link kills it permanently — the same URL never works again. Revoke deliberately.
Using a map in a course
- From a course, add a mind map activity and pick the map.
- Students see it read-only inside the course, with the filter available — markers you set become a revision checklist they can step through.
- The map stays scoped to your organisation; a course activity never makes it public.
Export
Export a map as PNG (share a picture), SVG (print crisp at any size), Markdown (the outline as text), CSV (nodes and attributes as a table) or JSON (the full structure).
