What lives here
Everything generated by H5P Smart Studio lands in the H5P Library, alongside anything uploaded or built by hand. Content belongs to the school, not to one course — so an activity made for one class can be added to any other course in the same school without regenerating it. Use folders to keep it navigable — by subject, by class, or by unit. A large library with no folders becomes unusable faster than teachers expect.
Reusing an activity
- Find the activity in the Library, or search it by title.
- Preview it to confirm it is the version you want.
- From a course, add an H5P activity and pick this content — the same item can be attached to many courses.
- Editing the content updates it everywhere it is used, so fix a typo once.
- Because one item can be attached to several courses, deleting it removes it from all of them. Check where it is used before deleting.
