YouTube Video → Notes turns a lecture video into revision notes your class can study from without rewatching it. Paste the video link and the tool pulls the captions automatically (paste a transcript yourself only if the video has none), name the level and an optional focus, and you get organised notes — key points, definitions and worked steps — laid out for revision. The built-in example works from a photosynthesis lecture into Class 10 notes.

How to use it
Paste the YouTube video link — the tool fetches the video’s captions on its own; you only paste into the Transcript field when the video has no captions to fetch.

Your document & what to do with it
The result renders as a clean A4 document you can read on screen. From the output header you can Copy it, **Export** it as a branded PDF, Word, HTML or Markdown file, or send it into an LMS course as a page activity with **Add to Course**. One click on **Save to My Resources** keeps the result in your library for later. Use the Focus field to carve one video into several handouts — run it once for definitions, again for numerical examples — instead of one long note covering everything. Only the caption text is used — the video itself is not downloaded or stored. If a video returns nothing, it has no captions: paste the transcript into the field and the tool uses that instead.
