Press Release Writer
A newspaper-ready press release for your school’s achievements — results, events, awards.
What Press Release Writer does
Press Release Writer produces a release an editor can run as-is when the school has news worth sharing — a strong board result, an event, an award. Give it the news with the names and numbers, add a principal or topper quote if you have one, and it returns a properly-structured release with a headline, a dateline-style opening, the body and the quote in place. The built-in example announces a 100% Class 12 CBSE result with a principal’s quote.

How to use it
Open Edukali AI Toolkit → All Tools, find Press Release Writer under Communication and click the card.
Fill in School name, The news (the remaining fields are optional).
Choose an Output depth and, if you like, a specific AI model, then click Generate.
Not sure what to type? Click **Show example** in the form header — it fills every field with a real worked example and shows a pre-generated result without spending any AI credits. Undo restores your draft.
The runner also gives you a ✨ prompt assistant and voice input on text fields, file upload to pull in your own notes, and — where your board publishes one — an official-format proof panel.
Your document & what to do with it
The result renders as a clean A4 document you can read on screen. From the output header you can Copy it, **Export** it as a branded PDF, Word, HTML or Markdown file, or send it into an LMS course as a page activity with **Add to Course**. One click on **Save to My Resources** keeps the result in your library for later.
Real figures and a named quote are what get a release printed — 41 students above 90% and a line from the principal read as news, where general praise reads as an advertisement the paper will skip.
Read the release before it goes to the press desk: confirm every name, number and quote, since a correction in print is far harder than a fix before sending.
