Activity — Feedback / Survey
Collect non-graded feedback or survey responses from students.
What it is
A Feedback / Survey activity collects non-graded responses from students — course feedback, a quick survey, or any questionnaire where the goal is to gather input rather than mark it.
How to add it
In Course content, click Add activity in a topic.
Pick Feedback / Survey.
Title it and enter your prompt(s) (configMode: text).
What students see
Students open it inside the course (openMode: viewer) and submit their responses.
Completion
Feedback is deliberately non-graded. Completion tracking is still a per-activity setting — manual by default (the student marks it done after responding), or turn it off; completions feed the course progress bar.
